EXILE at The Standard: Cooking with Archives


EXILE celebrates summer at The Standard by digging into Miami's culinary history with an archival dinner at the hotel's Lido Grill. Executive Chef Mark Zeitouni will interpret recipes culled from the HistoryMiami archive to reimagine an evening feast of tropical flavors. The menu will include conch fritters, pineapple chicken, and a summer mango tart. Beverages provided by Sailor Jerry and Estrella Damm, tickets on sale here
